My Approach
Throughout my development in the waste and recycling industry, I have developed an understanding that in order to move an enterprise forward I need to understand how it got there, what got it there and who got it there. The history, the people, the environment are all important in developing a vision and a starting point.
Then work begins to clearly create a picture of what "great" should look like. Then come action plans, metrics. But more importantly it involves people. How do we develop this "great" picture with employees? Who will deliver and will they buy in? The answers are in the approach. LBC can help.
